What makes a woman beautiful?

While browsing Nina Garcia's The little black book of style, i came across this in the first chapter

"Nothing makes a woman more beautiful than the belief that she is beautiful. "

Wow, that is so true! The belief that oneself is beautiful doesn't equate to arrogance nor vanity, but a quiet confidence that stems from inside and exudes out externally.
