Payment Options

[Option A] Via ATM deposits or internet banking transfer:

To complete your order, payment can be made to any of our bank accounts:
1) POSB
2) UOB
3) OCBC

[Option B] Via cheque deposit or bank deposit:

Deposit your crossed cheque to UOB (Quick cheque deposit box) and payee CATALYZT and write our account number at the back of the cheque
* cheques are subjected to bank's clearing schedule

Bank account numbers will be given in the confirmation email.

Note

For the earliest dispatch timing, option A (and transfer within the same bank) is prefered, since we post out your parcel only upon receiving full payment.
For transfer between different banks or option B, payment will reach us only after 1 to 3 working days.

Payment Sent [IMPORTANT]

Please refer to our confirmation email and send us the necessary details after you have completed payment.

Payment Received - Confirmation

We will issue out an electronic invoice once we have received your full payment. This serve as a receipt of your payment (The hard copy receipt will reach you together with your item via mail)

Option 1

We will mail out your item(s) within 3 working days once the payment has been fully received. All mails are handled by Singpost and we will not be liable for any misplacement*

For added assurance, you should opt for registered mail at $2.24 (charged by Singpost)

* Lost mail is very rare in Singapore. For your peace of mind, we include our office address at the back of the envelope, so Singpost will have a return address

Option 2

For customers who purchased a minimum value of SGD$50, we can arrange for a meetup for you to check and collect on the spot at
MRT location : Tiong Bahru
Orders and payment must be completed before meetup can be scheduled

Returns and exchange policy

No returns and no exchange for all merchandise purchased online

Please note that all our items are brand new. We will conduct checking on the item before your payment. If we noticed any defects or stains, we will take pictures of the problem area and send them to you first. :)
